Hi! My name is Rae. I’m here to help you find the confidence you need to feel amazing in your body!
Rae is a 200-hour level certified Yoga Instructor. Yoga is more than about postures and meditation. Yoga is the act of joining through various paths of work towards self-realization. Rae teaches ParaYoga, these teachings are influenced by the Tantric tradition of Sri Vidya and the lineage of Sri Swami Rama of the Himalayas. ParaYoga classes provides students of all levels a variety of techniques such as pranayama, asana, bandha, mudra, visualization, meditation, kriya, chanting, and mantra. A Great Experience
Health & Namaste With Rae was a great experience she was kind and very helpful. My first time taking an independent yoga class, Rae was very patient with me.
